Overview

We’re growing at a fast pace, and are hiring Operations Excellence Manager to work with drive fulfillment operations of prominent online and retail brands in India to make them successful by living up to the brand promise of same/next day deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of driving fulfillment operations for an online brand across channels or as part of a marketplace fulfillment team with a proven impact. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help WareIQ deliver on operations SLA commitments

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for maintaining SLA’s in multiple Fulfilment centres across the region.
• Ensure timely clearance of orders every day and troubleshoot and solve issues real-time to ensure that the processing is not hampered
• Ensure timely inbounds and accepting returns
• Perform random audits in the centres to ensure no inventory discrepancies
• Train the team on the SOP for new clients
• Assist in client visit’s to the Warehouse
• Identify and report process gaps to make the system better

Requisites

• 2-3 years of experience in managing Amazon Flex and Flipkart Smart programs in a warehouse is a MUST
• Experience managing a large ground ops-team
