So when the customer places the order, the item is available in the fulfilment center closest to them and it is then delivered by same/next day via our shipping partners.
WareIQ uses a proprietary AI-ML algorithm to predict high-value demand centers, i.e. zones from where you will be getting the most demand. On the basis of that and also based on historical data, we decide where to store the inventory to enable same/next-day delivery.
Yes, our warehouse operations team can create custom kits for your orders, if required. We have a separate kitting area in our warehouses and trained staff to improve the kitting efficiency and do this at speed.
