We are pleased to announce updates to our WareIQ Panel that will simplify the shipping experience and make it more efficient.Here are the key updates.Simplified Courier ManagementOur clients now have the option to activate and deactivate courier accounts from their panel itself. By activating a specific courier, users can manage shipping using that courier. Similarly, deactivating a courier will disable any shipping options configured using this courier on the WareIQ panel.This update makes courier activation and deactivation much more seamless and easier to manage.View Courier Serviceability with Shipping Charges EasilyFor Single OrdersUsers can now view courier options along with shipping charge details, providing better visibility when selecting a courier for their orders.For Bulk OrdersWhen selecting multiple orders, serviceability by couriers and respective shipping charges will be displayed. If some orders are unserviceable by a courier, users can process the servicable orders first and then process unserviceable orders with alternative courier options later, without the hassle of reselecting orders.Ship Directly Based on Shipment Weights ConfiguredUsers can now directly specify the dead weight and dimensions of a parcel to ship a product without having to manage it against the shipment. This new update expedites the shipping allocation process by allowing direct shipment without specifying product weights.We believe that these updates will enhance the overall experience of our users and help them manage your shipments more effectively and easily.

Introducing WareIQ's New Prepaid Wallet System for WareIQ Interact - our comprehensive customer communication solution.We are transitioning from postpaid notification billing to a prepaid wallet system. This new system will enable our clients to have better control over their communications and ensure a seamless delivery experience to the end customers.With the new prepaid wallet system, businesses will need to select a usage-based plan and recharge their wallet based on the chosen package to send notifications to their customers.Here are the recharge plans for SMS and WhatsApp communications:SMS Communications:Base Plan: INR 700, covers 2,000 SMSRegular Plan: INR 3,000, covers 10,000 SMSEnterprise Plan: INR 5,000, covers 20,000 SMSWhatsApp Communications:Base Plan: INR 1,200, covers 1,000 WhatsApp messagesRegular Plan: INR 5,000, covers 5,000 WhatsApp messagesEnterprise Plan: INR 10,000, covers 12,500 WhatsApp messagesAll prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.'Order Shipped' notification will be provided as a complimentary message for each order, regardless of the recharge pack selected.
